HR / Employment Law Assessment Form
Xact have designed a self assessment HR and Employment Law tool in order for organisations to measure their level of compliance with HR Best Practice and Employment Legislation. The assessment is divided into 4 sections namely:

• Contracts of Employment

• Essential Policies & Procedures

• Performance Management and Appraisals

• Grievance and Dismissal Procedures


The format of the module is a series of YES / NO answers to a small number of questions under each section. On completion of the module a web based report is produced outlining:

• Possible Actions required

• Resources available for help and advice to develop a Best Practice and Compliant regime for your business.
