The Championship is being held in Upper Hutt on the 14th - 15th April with the calibration being held on Friday 13th 10:30am - 4pm
The judges positions are varied. We need technical and sensory judges alongside shadow judges. Please note that industry and coffee experience are a pre requisite to judging.
Please be aware that the championship workshop held in March countrywide & calibration is a mandatory requirement. Visit www.nzsca.org for more details. Note if you are an experienced judge, 2 consecutive years + you still need to attend the workshop.
Volunteering can be a rewarding way to get to know others in the coffee industry and to get close to the Championship action. Most of all, it's a lot of fun!
Judges are chosen after the calibration by the NZSCA judges committee will receive a free Championship t-shirt, porcelain Championship cup.
