This year’s theme is “Sports Day: Advocatus Athleticus”—a celebration of the spirit of lawyers coming together, both on and off the field. Get ready to trade your suits for sportswear and bring your competitive spirit for a night of fun, energy, and camaraderie. 

Come dressed as your favourite athlete, sport your team jersey, or go creative with a sporty twist. You can even spice things up with props like a badminton racket, tennis visor, or whistle.

DINNER RESERVATION POLICY

The standard menu is Chinese cuisine and does not contain pork or lard.

In accordance with the hotel’s policy, vegetarian and halal meal options are available at an additional charge. If a table includes guests who require vegetarian or halal meals, the cost of these meals will be added to the cost of the table. The table can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests. 

Below are examples to illustrate this policy: 

  • If a firm purchases a table and includes 1 guest who requires a vegetarian meal, the firm may seat up to 11 people, with 10 having the standard menu and 1 having the vegetarian menu. The total cost would be $2,398 nett, which includes 10 servings of the standard menu and 1 serving of the vegetarian menu.

  • If a firm purchases a table and includes 3 guests who require vegetarian meals, the firm may still seat up to 11 people, with 8 having the standard menu and 3 having the vegetarian menu. The total cost would be $2,834 nett, which includes 10 servings of the standard menu and 3 servings of the vegetarian menu. 

  • For individual guests requesting a vegetarian or halal meal, we will try to adjust seating arrangements to avoid any extra charges where possible.

Deadline: Please note that the hotel requires advance notice to cater vegetarian or halal meals. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests for these menus received after Friday, 16 October 2026.
