NHAWLT Board’s Exhibitor’s Cancellation Policy
2017 Conference: Friday-Saturday, November 10-11, 2017
Any exhibitor requesting to cancel his/her table(s) 12 weeks or more before the conference date, may do so with full refund.
Deadline: Before Friday, August 18, 2017

Any exhibitor requesting to cancel his/her table(s) 3 – 12 weeks before the conference date, may do so with half of their payment refunded.
OR The exhibitor may request to display information on his/her reserved table in lieu of receiving ½ payment.
NHAWLT will set up the display, but will not take the responsibility to return any leftover flyers to the exhibitor.
Dates: Saturday, August 19 to Friday, October 20, 2017

Any exhibitor requesting to cancel his/her table(s) 20 days (2 weeks and 6 days) before the conference date, will not receive a refund.
However, the exhibitor may request to display information on his/her reserved table or to let go of the table.
NHAWLT will set up the display, but will not take the responsibility to return any leftover flyers to the exhibitor.
Dates: Saturday, October 21 to Thursday, November 9, 2017
PAYMENT PROCESS for Exhibitors
You will be issued an invoice through PayPal within a day or two of registering. To expedite the payment process, please make all payments through PayPal. Please pay your total amount due through PayPal, but be sure to fill out the form above completely, indicating where your payment should be allocated i.e. registration only or registration with break sponsorship, etc. Thanks!
