Bus Service Change/Request Form 2025-2026
PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT THIS FORM IF YOU DID NOT REQUEST BUS SERVICE FOR YOUR STUDENT DURING VERIFICATION OF ENROLLMENT. ROUTES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE SMART TAG PARENT APP ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR STUDENTS BUS INFORMATION THE NIGHT BEFORE AS CHANGES CAN BE MADE UP TO THE START OF SCHOOL.

This form has been created for families who did not request service through the 2025-2026 enrollment process or need to request a change to their service. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email with instructions to your student's bus information. You can also check the Smart Tag Parent App (registration required) to check that your request has been processed. Please allow up to 3 days for us to process your request. Do not submit multiple requests for the same child. This only slows down the process.

If you have moved and are requesting bus service for a new address, please make sure you have contacted the registrar at the campus to have your students address updated. 
Transportation cannot update student addresses.
