Taste & Craft began in 2011 and is Idaho's only spirits, beer, wine and food tasting event focused on the spring and fall release of top local and regional craft made products. We partner with the best names in Idaho, the Pacific Northwest, and the Mountain West region to bring the community a superior event that features the best of what you can get in the Wood River Valley and beyond.
Taste & Craft's Sun Valley experience has limited booths available - early registration is necessary to ensure participation. All vendors are juried in an effort to ensure the highest quality participants. Sponsors and tenured vendors have priority placement. Application and full payment of fees must be received to secure your spot.
VENDOR EVENT FEES -
APPLICATION FEE: $35BOOTH FEE : $199 per 6'x6' booth space SPONSORS receive complimentary booth space and tickets in line with their contribution. These arrangements are made ala carte per sponsor relationship. YOUR BOOTH INCLUDES: - Entry food and drink for two staff members (Additional staff = additional fee / please email email@example.com to arrange) - Assistance with onsite set up and transportation of product to designated booth space - 6 foot rectangle table (no cover provided) - Promotion in event materials - Highlights/features/photos/logos/shares on social media - Featured during live social at event
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - All fixtures/displays and marketing material - Serving utensils or containers and napkins (preferred recyclable material) - Capability to serve at least 300 patron samples (feel free to sample several products) - Copies of applicable permits, licenses for your type of business (ie. beer, wine, spirits) - Copy of insurance certificate listing Dirt Road Production House, LLC/Taste & Craft as additional insured
