CARE Act MOVEit File Transfer Application Access

This request form is intended for use by county behavioral health staff and/or county contracted data vendors. Please use this form to submit user access requests for the MOVEit Application and the CARE Act data folders within MOVEit. A new submission will be required for each request.

Please note: Current MOVEit users should select "Add a user" to be granted access to CARE Act folders within MOVEit.
