The MVBT Group LLC / MGT Group LLC Roommate Match Program allows SOLO GUESTS to SHARE A DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOM (2 Twin XL beds).

Once you’ve enrolled in the Program by making your reservation, MVBT Group LLC (MVBTG) / MGT Group LLC (MGT) will try to locate and match you with a guest(s) of the same gender and characteristics. You will be able to interact with the proposed roommate before the trip.

Once we find a match, MVBTG / MGT will provide you with your roommate (s) name(s).

If you locate a roommate(s), notify us, and we’ll remove your name from the Program.

Please note that any change requests received after your roommate has been assigned will incur change fees according to the fee schedule for the room occupancy type.

While MVBT Group LLC / MGT Group LLC cannot guarantee special requests, we will do our best to accommodate them if possible.

Your decision to accept a roommate match is at your own risk.

MVBTG / MGT and the Tour Operator are not responsible or liable for all claims or cause of action arising out of or in connection with your selection of a matched roommate for the trip, personality differences, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from such request or selection.

You must be 18 to participate in the Match Program. Under the Hotel Age Requirement Policy, guests under 18 must travel with a relative or guardian who is 25 years or older.
