One month ago, the PA Supreme Court found life sentences for 2nd degree homicide unconstitutional. The legislature is on the clock to address this situation right now, and we are gathering on Apr 29 at 1pm to send a loud and clear message to PA officials that we must give people the quickest and best chance to see parole possible. Half the people impacted by this ruling are from Philadelphia so we must be in control of this conversation!
