This is a ground-breaking project looking at how energy networks could be managed better in the future. We can all potentially make a difference to the energy network, and, by being involved in this project you could help shape it.
The project will be providing data on the energy use of households in the Greenlands area connected to the Meavy Way low voltage (LV) substation as well as St. Peter's School. We'll be developing a computer based application, which you could also access on a tablet or smart phone, which will provide information about energy use across the substation area at different times of the day. Going forward, energy companies will be looking at introducing tariffs with different rates at different times of the day. We'd like to give you an opportunity to work with us to understand how this could benefit you in the future.
You can find more information on our website at tamarenergycommunity.com/the-power-in-your-hands-openlv/.
This survey will help us find out about you, and the people living in your home, so we can see how we can develop the application to provide you with information that you may be interested in. We would be most grateful if you could complete as much of the survey as possible. You don't need to answer any questions you're uncomfortable with.
We’re inviting you to complete this questionnaire because you’re connected to the Meavy Way substation or have asked to be part of this project.
IF YOU COMPLETE THE SURVEY YOUR NAME WILL BE ENTERED INTO A PRIZE DRAW AT THE END OF OCTOBER 2018.
We can also provide energy advice and support which could save you money.
If you need any help with this survey, have any questions or would like to talk to us you can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 0800 233 5414.
