Please fill out this application to enter your child into Achieve's TK-8th grade enrollment lottery. Hard copy applications are available (please contact the school office (530) 872-4100). A separate application will need to be completed for each child. The lottery will be held on March 4th. Applications received on or before February 28, 2025, will be entered into the lottery for the 2025-2026 school year. Applications received after February 28, 2025, will be added to the waitlist. The waitlist will allow students the option of enrollment in the case of an opening for the
2025-2026 school year. The waitlist does not carry over to the following school year, so a new application will need to be submitted.
To apply for Transitional Kindergarten (TK), a child must be four years old on or before September 1, 2025. To apply for Kindergarten, a child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2025. For more information, please visit www.achievecharter.org or call (530) 872-4100.
Achieve will not discourage a pupil from enrolling or seeking to enroll in the charter school because the pupil exhibits any characteristics such as a disability, academically low-achieving, English learners, neglected or delinquent, homeless, socially economically disadvantaged, foster youth, nationality, race, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. We will not request a pupil's records before enrollment or encourage a child who is enrolled in a charter school to disenroll or transfer to another school. A parent, guardian, or pupil (18 years or older) may file a Charter School Complaint Form to the authorizing entity if they suspect the charter school is in violation of Education Code Section 47605(e)(4)(A) through (E).
