Drop & Shop Agreement

This Agreement is between the undersigned Parent/Guardian ("Parent") and FunZone Indoor Playground ("FunZone"). By signing, the Parent/legal guardian agrees to the terms below for the Drop and Shop service. This agreement can be signed online or onsite and takes effect upon drop-off. These terms govern all Drop and Shop visits, whether or not a signed agreement has been obtained at the time of drop-off.

1. Eligibility & Check-In

  • Children must be 5 years or older to use the service.
  • Parents must remain inside the Funzone's location shopping center (745 Sackville Dr. B4E2R2) during the service.
  • At check-in, the child will receive a wristband and must wear it at all times 

2. Buzzer System & Grace Period

  • The buzzer will activate 10 minutes before the service ends to alert the Parent.
  • 10-minute grace period is provided after the buzzer sounds. A $1 per minute late fee applies after the grace period.
  • If lost, a replacement fee will be charged. 

3. Pick-Up

  • For identification purposes, parents must present the buzzer at check-out to pick up their child. No child will be released without the buzzer.  In case of lost buzzer, the child is released upon Funzone's Policy. 

4. Parent Responsibilities

  • Stay within the shopping center mentioned above during the service.
  • Ensure the buzzer is functional and respond promptly if contacted.
  • The Parent remains ultimately responsible for their child’s safety while participating in the service.
5. By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Compliance with FunZone Indoor Playground Rules / terms & conditions – I will follow all rules and guidelines set by FunZone upon check-in and throughout my child’s stay.

  2. Accurate Information – I confirm that all information provided about my child, including health status and emergency contact details, is accurate and up to date.

  3. Health & Safety – I understand that FunZone will not accept any child who is unwell and agree to notify staff of any medical conditions or special needs before check-in

  4. I have already read and reviewed the Liability Waiver and Release Agreement and agree to its terms.

  5.  I agree that entering/typing my name below constitutes my legal signature, and I certify that all information provided are accurate. Providing false information, including name, date of birth, contact details, or signature, does not release the signer from responsibility for adhering to the waiver’s terms and this agreement. Video surveillance may be used to verify the identity of guests in case of disputes or incidents.

I acknowledge that FunZone  is not responsible for toileting, feeding, or special care needs. I agree to remain inside the shopping center and to return immediately if contacted.   *

By signing this Drop & Shop Agreement, I acknowledge that the FunZone Indoor Playground General One‑Time Liability Waiver is clearly accessible at www.funzoneplayground.ca and via https://web.cyberwaiver.com/135/funzone-indoor-playground. I understand and agree that by signing this Drop & Shop Agreement, I am deemed to have read, understood, and legally accepted the terms of that Waiver. The Waiver is fully incorporated into this Agreement by reference and remains legally binding for all visits, including all Drop & Shop sessions.   *
