The OMEA East Central Region Orchestra is requesting permission to use your/your child’s photograph  to promote the event. Please read the following statement and choose an option below.  "I understand that the images  may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.  If you choose to opt out this will not affect your/your child's placement in the ensemble

October 15: Registration forms and payments are due

October 29 1-3pm: First rehearsal at Olentangy Orange High School 

November 18: Rehearsal at Granville HS (9am-5pm)

November 19: Concert at Granville HS

By filling out this form I am certifying that I am able and committed to attend all of the rehearsals and performance. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. 

I understand improper behavior (as determined by OMEA site staff, and orchestra conductor), unsportsmanlike conduct, destruction of property, possession or use of any chemically controlled substance (including tobacco and alcohol) by any participant may lead to disqualification from Region Orchestra. No refunds will be given.
