Sports Physical night
Mark your calendars-  Monday, July 28th, 5:45 pm- 8:15 pm. Cost is $25.00 ( Cash only). The Athletic department will host a sports physical night for all of our HCLA Athletes. 
No appointment is necessary. It is first come basis for the exam. We will provide the doctors and volunteer coaches that evening for the physical. We will have the form for your convenience to fill out. You can also fill out the form before by going to our website under Athletics. This physical is required by FHSAA to participate in any sport. It is a wonderful opportunity to have your physical completed, which lasts 365 days. 
* In order to attend you must sign up for the ECG. The link is provided in the email to sign up. This is only mandatory if you plan on attending this evening. If your doctor is performing  your child's physical the ECG is not mandatory this school year. 
**Florida has passed a state law July 1st, 2025,  that all students public and private will need this done beginning the 2026-2027 school year.
