Eastside Student Center Summer Programs GRADES 7 - 12

To sign up, select which program(s) you (or your student) would like to attend. You can also choose a "drop-in" option to just hang out at the Line St. Center, work on personal projects, play games, spend time with friends, etc.

Information on our summer programs for grades 7 - 12:

Upcycling workshops: learn how to sew by hand and machine! Upgrade thrift store finds or your own clothes.

Mondays (6/9, 6/16, 6/23) 3:00 - 5:00 PM

Thursdays (6/12, 6/26) 12:00 - 2:00 PM

Volunteer at Wildcare Eastern Sierra: Help your community and learn about wildlife rehabilitation! This activity is currently FULL, but you can join the waitlist. Must be 14+

Mondays (6/9, 6/16, 6/23) at 12:00 - 3:00

Climbing club: Climb your heart out at Sage to Summit - FREE of charge!
ALL participants are required to complete a Sage to Summit waiver BEFORE students can climb. After signing up with this form, ESC staff will contact you with the required waiver.

Tuesdays (6/10, 6/17, 6/24) 12:00 - 2:00 PM

Fishing trips: New to fishing? Us too! Come on out and make memories at local fishing spots. Must be 15 or younger OR have a valid fishing license.

Tuesdays (6/10, 6/17, 6/24) at 4:00 - 6:00

Thursdays (6/12, 6/26) at 4:00 - 6:00

Adventure days: for students wanting to get into the mountains this summer, adventure days are for you! Transportation to-and-from trailheads/destinations will be provided. Students will need to bring a water bottle, snack, clothes for hot and cold weather, closed toed shoes that are comfortable to walk in, and sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat).

Wednesday 6/11, Convict Lake hike (3.25 miles) depart 12:00 PM, return by 6:00 PM

Wednesday, 6/25, Hike Rock Creek (milage varies) depart 12:00 PM, return by 6:00 PM

Pool days: End our week together at the park pool!
