Event Timing: September 19th 2026 ; 9am-3pm

Registration Deadline: September 1st 2026 (registration form and payment MUST be received by that date).  FCFS.  Registration not considered complete until payment is received.  Limited spots available.  FCFS.  No payments accepted the day of event.  No refunds or cancellations after September 1st 2026.   

Setup & other Information:
- Set up time will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 19th 2026. 
- The sale will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 3 p.m. 
- Please remember to provide your own tent/shelter and display tables. The area under the red pavilion will be reserved as a place to rest for our shoppers.
- Spot assignment will be emailed to you 1 week before the event.
