IFMSA August Taiwan GA Application 2019
The experience of attending a General Assembly of the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations is unique. Over a thousand medical students representing over a hundred countries descend on one unsuspecting town for a week of lively discussions, exchanging of ideas and forming new friendships. There are two main purposes of the GA: to allow IFMSA members to debate and vote on new policies and directions for the organisation, and to encourage international relations between medical students from all over the world. As a representative of AMSA you will have the chance to represent Australia, to contribute to discussions on specific topics (such as public health or human rights), to put forward ideas on new goals for the IFMSA and to learn skills from and hear about initiatives run by other medical students. If you're lucky you might even get to try some Canadian maple-whisky or Icelandic fermented shark at the National Food and Drink Party! We encourage all applicants, be you first or final year, AMSA naive or veteran, experienced or just enthusiastic! Don't be shy, just apply!

Apply for all positions which may apply to you, including General Delegate positions, to give yourself the best chance of being included in the delegation. Tick any box you think you're interested in!!! No experience is necessary!
