This information is need for the upcoming Championship. You are being sent this form because you have a 25 or 50 year anniversary team that the KHSAA is recognizing.
Each Member of the team will be receive a ticket plus one additional for a guest.
Any additional tickets need to be purchased through the ticket link for the event or at the main ticket gate upon arrival.
