Before filling in the booking form for this Easter Meet please read the following notes carefully. Remember, we do not make the rules but we do have to adhere to them when organising meets. This is a booked meet and all fees must be paid up front unless there are extra-ordinary circumstances. We do not have facilities to hold large amounts of money at Evesham.
This is a Camping and Caravanning Club meet and as such it is open to members only. This means that everyone aged 18 years and over attending this meet must be in possession of their own membership card, e.g. full member, family member, youth member, associate member. This is not a THS so temporary membership is not available. Membership cards must be produced when registering at the meet.
Any Camping Club Youth (CCY) activities and facilities will not be available to non-CCY members. CCY members may camp in the Youth area and take part in activities organised by Youth Leaders. You may join the CCY at the Easter meet by seeing one of the Youth Leaders, but it will save time if you arrange your membership beforehand. Please bring your membership card with you. Email: youthleader@outlook.com Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the children’s room or any other workshop. Remember, your children/grandchildren are your responsibility throughout the duration of the meet and you must know where they are at all times.
We would like to think that all Camping and Caravanning members will volunteer their help for at least one hour during the meet in helping with teas and coffee, walking the site, moving chairs etc.
The meet will open at 2.00pm on Friday 29th March. The site will close at 12 noon on Wednesday 3rd April. The Follow-On Meet is at Brailes from Wednesday 3rd April until Sunday 7th April. You do not need to book for the Follow-On Meet.
Dogs: You will be held personally liable for any accident/incident involving your dog and it is strongly recommended that you make sure your pet is covered by Public Liability Insurance. Most pet insurance covers this as do some household policies so it is worth checking. Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times unless securely within your unit.
If your require Easy Access you may be sent a supplementary questionnaire. We will try to allocate the most suitable pitches to those in greatest need. Space close to the building is limited so we can only do our best. To allow time for the extra work involved we need to receive your booking forms as soon as possible and by Saturday 24th February at the latest. If you are not prompt you may find all Easy Access spaces have already been allocated.
This is a booked meet and, to allow time for processing all applications must be received by Friday 8th March.
Programmes and other details will be sent to you by email. Printed copies of the programme will be available at the meet.
