Your spot for the trek will only be secured based on a full payment of $150 latest by the 30 of September. Due to the commitments made by the Organiser the Fee includes a non refundable Deposit of $50.
For any Cancellation two weeks out from start of trek (22nd of November 2024) – there will be no refund unless you provide a medical certificate for you or for your horse.
