All patch placement will be to left corner unless communicated differently. Not all hats allow center placement, however if that your preference we can try.

*please know not all leather is created equally, with using real leather there will be color variations. Leather options will be both light and dark depending on our manufacturers availability. Please indicate if you have a preference and we will do our best to accommodate that based on leather availability.

Refund and Cancellation policy

At All-Smiles Hat co. we strive to create unique and quality products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of the custom orders, our refund policy differs from standard items.

Custom orders are non-refundable unless item arrives damaged or defective. If item arrives damaged or defective contact us within 5 business days of delivery to initiate replacement or refund.

Provide clear photos and descriptions of defect when contacting us.

We will review your request and assess proper measures to fix the item, replace or refund.

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds due to customer change of mine or incorrect measurement, spelling, number provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for minor variations in color, texture, or finish that may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
