July Yoga Series - Two Rivers Running

About the class:
This series is made up of four weekly sessions that can help runners (and anyone else) learn more about how to develop and maintain a routine to increase flexibility and mental balance, while decreasing the risk of injury. All experience levels welcome; poses can be modified as needed.

Tuesdays in July at 6:30 pm at Two Rivers Running (July 6, 13, 20, 27)

Class size is limited; those who pay for the entire series are given priority. Drop-ins are welcome as long as there is room left in the class.

Classes are held at an outdoor venue. Please bring a mat and water.

Class is led by Sara Dasso, previous owner of Two Rivers Yoga.

4-week series: $60 (payable in person at the store or via phone on or before July 6)
Drop-in fee: $20 (payable in advance or day of)
