EES Educational Leave Request

Please submit this form at least 5 school days prior to the requested absence. Your request will be reviewed by Dr. Rycroft.  

Students applying to have educational absences must request approval in writing to administration 5 days prior to the date of the absence. Submission of a request does not ensure that absences will be counted as educational leave. Absences approved as educational leave will be recorded as excused absences. Absences not approved as educational leave will count as unexcused absences.
