Mums: Please share your lighter moments of mothering boys.
I am currently writing my next book on "Mothering Sons", and one of the key aspects I'd like to emphasise is the need for we mums to "lighten up" when it comes to our lads. So in the interests of encouraging this, I am asking mums everywhere to share with me some of the funnier moments of parenting their boys. To thank you for your contribution, on completing this form, you'll receive a free electronic copy of my dear little book, "A Dog's Life Wisdoms"
How it works...
I'm after your anecdotes (i.e. funny things your lad/s have said or done) and/or your own observations on life with boys. I'll include some of these in my upcoming book, and others I'll share from time to time on Facebook in the leadup to my book's launch. ANY ANECDOTES PUBLISHED WILL BE DONE SO ANONYMOUSLY with a descriptive pseudonym you can enter below and listing the age of your 'dear' boy/s (DB) if provided.
So here's what I'm asking...
In 50 words of less, please share a brief anecdote about something your boy has said or done that has made you laugh
For example:"I just cracked up one day when I heard myself calling out in an exasperated voice 'For the last time, PLEASE stop licking your brother's armpit! (DBs 6 and 8)'" — Exasperated Mum. If you wish, please include his age at the time in brackets in the anecdote (as per example above).
Your answer
