Appetizer and Dessert Server (5:00pm-6:30pm) 8 volunteers needed

FILLED-Supply Transport (noon) 3 volunteers needed (2 with larger vehicles)

FILLED- Setup (2:30pm-5:30pm) 9 volunteers needed

FILLED- Appetizer Prep (2:00pm-4:00pm) 5 volunteers needed

FILLED- Registration Table (5:00pm-7:30pm) 2 volunteers needed

Food Preparation and Cleanup (4:30pm-8:30pm) 10 volunteers needed

FILLED Reception Attendants (5:15pm-7:00pm) 4 volunteers needed

Kitchen Cleanup (6:00pm-8:30pm) 4 volunteers needed

Final Cleanup (8:30pm-11:00pm) 10 volunteers needed

Auction Purchase Assistants (8:30pm-10:00pm) 2 volunteers needed

Photographer (5:30pm-9:00pm) 1 volunteer needed

FILLED- Appetizer and Dessert Preparation (2:00pm-4:00pm) 5 volunteers needed
