It is the expectation of C2E that students abide by the behavioral expectations as outlined in the C2E Parent Student Handbook.
In addition to the consequences outlined in the handbook, the following actions will be taken for violating the activities described below:
Students are required to remain in their assigned rooms from curfew until the time in the morning determined by the chaperones. Violating curfew will result in the loss of participation in field trip activities and/or the student's parents will be required to come get the student at the parents’ expense.
Students found to be under the influence or in possession of drugs or alcohol during the course of the trip will be excluded from remaining field trip activities and the student's parents will be required to come get the student at the parents’ expense.
Chaperones reserve the right to search students’ personal belongings and rooms at any point before, during, or at the conclusion of the trip to ensure that no prohibited items are in students’ possession.
Additionally, if a student is suspended during the academic year, it is up to school administration to determine if that student is eligible to participate in the trip. Any refunds for this reason will be at the sole discretion of the travel company.
All other rules and expectations set by the chaperones are to be followed at all times. These are set to ensure the safety of all students attending the trip as well as the reputation of the school. The chaperones reserve the right to exclude a student from any and all activities if their behavior is disrespectful, dangerous, or violates any of our behavior expectations.
