Welcome to the 2021-2022 Roman Catholic Diocese of Stockton CYO Boys Basketball Season!  Registration deadline is Sunday, October 31, 2021.  Registration Fee is $130.00.

*NOTE.  LATE REGISTRANTS MAY RECEIVE UNIFORM AFTER THE START OF THE SEASON AND MAY INCUR AN ADDITIONAL SCREENING/PRINTING FEE BY THE UNIFORM VENDOR THAT WILL BECOME PART OF YOUR TOTAL REGISTRATION FEE.

PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR STUDENT ATHLETES ARE REGISTERED IN THEIR CURRENT GRADE LEVEL DIVISION FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR.  INCORRECT / FALSE INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN THE STUDENT ATHLETE'S PARTICIPATION PRIVILEGE STATUS TO BE INELIGIBLE.  If you have eligibility questions, please contact Kevin Nishi via mobile/text at 209.629.5310 or email at kevin.nishi@icloud.com.

Registration and uniform fees will be accepted at the parish office.  We will prepare payment rosters that will be sent to the parish office and will send an email notification to you when the parish office will be ready to receive your payment.  Required documents:  Diocese Medical Release Form, Baptismal and Birth records may be submitted with your payment at the parish office or via email to kevin.nishi@icloud.com or at the Mandatory Parent/Guardian Meeting.

Eligibility includes the requirement that each participating family attend the MANDATORY Parent/Guardian Meeting:

Practice will begin end of October and will be held two times per week TBD.

ALL Player Registration must be accurate; ALL Players must register for their enrolled grade level for the 2021-2022.  Incorrect information on the registration form may result in the player becoming ineligible to participate.
