Small Farms Market Day customers can apply to have a 5% packing fee removed from their orders. If you noted that you qualify for an assistance program while registering, we may have already waived your customer fee.
Information reported in this survey is confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than to determine the customer packing fee. Your personal information will not be shared beyond North Coast Food Web.
To qualify, a customer needs to self-report that they could use help paying for groceries. We hope this process is fairly simple for you!
