Thank you for your interest in renting our Lotus Temple, a unique sanctuary for holistic events and gatherings like classes/workshops, photoshoots, private rituals and ceremonies, group sessions, rites of passage, support groups, and more! 

FOR PUBLIC EVENTS (open to all): Requests must be submitted and approved by the 15th of the month for the following month.  

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY AND COMPLETE ALL OF THE DETAILS BELOW.  We will review and reach back within 48 hours.

BEFORE REQUESTING YOUR DATE: Check our event's calendar to confirm your date and time is available.

Note: with your rental, we include 30 minutes before and after for this purpose, at no extra cost to you. If you require more time, it will go towards your rental time.   *
The maximum capacity for the Lotus Temple is 30 sitting or standing, 22 mats when laying down.

You will be in charge of your own set up and clean up.  Are there specific setup requirements you'd like to share? (i.e. seating arrangement, kitchen use, equipment needs) If so please explain.

If you will be charging for your event, whether it is private or public, we request liability insurance and a Livermore Business License. Do you already have those, and if not, are you able to get them before your event? *
