The next Fair will take place on Thursday, April 23rd from 10:30 am - 4:00 pm (with set up and networking from 9:00 - 10:30). This special event is proudly held as part of National Volunteer Week 2026, celebrating the power of volunteerism in our community.
We've had waiting lists for previous Fairs so please apply early to avoid disappointment!
Location
The Fair will once again be held at the Downtown U of C campus, 906 - 8 Ave SW. This location is very accessible by transit (bus and train) and has several parking options nearby.
Fair HoursWe'll be open to the
public from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, with set up from 9:00 - 9:45 am, networking from 9:45 - 10:30 am, and tear down from 4:00 - 5:00 pm.
Registration FeeRegistration is $150 and includes your own covered table and 2 chairs, networking opportunities with other local organisations, and light refreshments.
LunchWe are exploring opportunities to offer everyone lunch, and will confirm closer to the date.
Organisations will be selected with the intention of providing the most diverse and well-rounded experience for attendees. Once we have reviewed your application, if selected as an exhibitor, you'll receive a link to register all the final details for your organisation.
