Portsmouth Neighborhood Association Block Party Micro Grants
This is a form to apply for a $50 micro grant for a block party held in the Portsmouth neighborhood of Portland during June 5, 2019-October 1, 2019. The application is available through September 15, 2019.

Portsmouth Block Parties are also eligible for FREE registration through Portland Bureau of Transportation and FREE barricades available at the Charles Jordan Community Center.

This program is intended to support neighbors coming together and strengthening community in Portsmouth.

Eligible applications that meet the criteria will be funded in the order received. The date and time of your submission will be automatically recorded when you submit it.

It's not guaranteed that someone will come, but it is a requirement for receiving funds that you be willing to have us visit. We won't eat all the snacks, we promise! But we may want to say a few words and we may have a couple of items to share.
