AFTER SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE IN 2 WEEKS BY EMAIL THE CONFIRMATION AND AN INVOICE FROM THE LOCAL ORGANISING COMMITTEE (LOC).

Please, make your payment in EUR, and note that when you pay the registration fee in the bank , the bank charges money for the service it provides. You will have to pay that money yourself.

THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDES ACCOMMODATION! To book at the Youth Hostel, venue of the Annual Meeting, fill in the registration. The first registered will be the first served. We also recommend Ibis Hotel. Warning: to book an Ibis room, fill  in the registration. We will send you the hotel form by email, and you will have to do it by yourself at fepto.liege2023@gmail.com

The number of rooms in the Youth Hostel and the Ibis Hotel at the indicated price on FEPTO website is limited. We are looking for alternatives in other hotels. You can also find your own accommodation. There is more information about accommodation, including prices, at General Information/Annual Meeting

• Early Bird-fee:
Until the 13th of March, 2023, is 200 EUR.
Accompanying persons: 175 EUR.

• Late Bird-fee:
No later than 10th of April, 2023, is 220 EUR.
Accompanying person: 195 EUR.

After April 10th, 2023, fees will be 250 EUR for representatives of FEPTO members, founding members,former council members, guests and 230 EUR for accompanying persons.

The registration fee includes all meals, the AM program with refreshments on breaks, music evening program on Mondays and Tuesdays. The excursion in Liège includes: special dinner at La Société Littéraire de Liège.  For accompanying persons registration fee includes all meals, coffees, social events and the excursion in Liège

Representatives of FEPTO members (training institutes or accredited organisations) have a possibility to apply for a scholarship for the Annual Meeting. Your application (here below) will be submitted at the same time with the registration.

You will get a scholarships, if:
* You are a representative of a member organisation of FEPTO, which home country is mentioned below. Only one scholarship is granted for one member organisation.
* There is still available funds for scholarships (the maximum amount is defined by FEPTO Council). "First come, first served!"
* You pay your reduced registration fee by the due date. You will pay only the amount which includes the scholarship.

If any of above mentioned prerequisites is not fulfilled, your scholarship will not be granted.

The amount of grant depends on the home country of the member institute:
* Full scholarship covers 2/3 of the participation fee: Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Republic North Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Turkey.
* Half scholarship covers 1/3 of the participation fee: Croatia, Estonia,  Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Portugal.

The local organising committee LOC will inform you about the scholarship after you registration.

You can cancel your registration without costs until March, the 15th, 2023. After that until April 15th, the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee. After April 15th, 2023, the cancellation fee is 100% of the registration fee. You can change the name of participant without costs.
