Leopard Cyber Academy Application for Intake
Liberty Local School District and Leopard Cyber Academy (LCA) invites you to apply/register your child or children to attend LCA. The first step, after completing the form below, will be to have an intake meeting with the staff of the Liberty Local School District and LCA. The purpose of the intake and scheduling a meeting is to inform and provide parents/guardians and students background knowledge of the online cyber school, review the policies and procedures of the online program, discuss parent/guardian and student expectations for a successful educational experience, and to schedule classes for the student(s).
Once you register, your Leopard spot(s) will be reserved and you will receive notification from the LCA staff of the date, time and location of the intake meeting.
If you and the student(s) cannot attend on the date or time scheduled, please contact the LCA administrator, Mr. James Jones, in order to reschedule your appointment. Mr. Jones can be reached in the following ways:
