Any form submitted to Gamer Grace will undergo a formal submission, review, and approval before accepted into the Gamer Grace exhibitor hall. If your product is already being represented at the con, you will automatically be placed on the waitlist.
There will be no need to email us asking us if your application has been accepted as we will contact you regarding the status of your application! We have limited spaces so unfortunately we may not be able to accept everyone.
Prices are as follows:Vendor Booth: $150 each (Includes an 8'x10' booth, 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 Vendor Badges)Indie Game Developer Booth: $125 each (Includes an 8'x10' booth, 1 table, 2 chairs and 2 Indie Game Dev Badges)Artist Alley Space: $100 each (Includes space in the Artist Alley, 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 Artist Alley Badges)Power Access: $50 for the weekendWifi Access: $50 for the weekend
The maximum number of booths/spaces you may reserve are 4. Please, keep in mind the price listed is for each indiviual booth/space, so, if you reserve 3 Vendor Booths your price for them would be $450.
Also, for those wishing to reserve an Artist Alley Table the tables will be in the hallway of the convention space. Vendors will be responsible for removing all valuables from their table
