Proposal Guidelines:
*Proposals must align to at least one conference pathway.
*Proposals must include at least one participant learning target with a clear focus on equity, and identify the intended audience(s).
*Based on participant feedback, sessions will be 75 minutes and must include opportunities for participants to engage with the content and one another. Be prepared to share takeaways, strategies, and/or materials which participants can put to immediate use in their practice. Please plan for up to 80 people.
*Proposals should identify one primary contact.
*The primary contact and all presenters must register for the conference. The primary contact will receive a registration fee waiver code upon proposal acceptance for up to 2 presenters.

*We value the voice of students in this important work. If students are involved in this work in your district, we welcome their participation in your presentation and in the conference.

Pathway 1: Equity for Teaching & Learning. The goal of this pathway is to empower educators with the knowledge skills, and strategies needed to create inclusive and equitable learning environments. Sessions aligned to this pathway will support participants in addressing systemic inequities that impact student learning and provides practical tools and foster mindsets for a culture of equity in school.

Pathway 2: Culturally Sustaining Systems and Structures: Participants in this pathway will explore system-wide practices and structures that have presently or historically created inequities, limited access to educational opportunities, and/or disenfranchise families. Information shared within this pathway will focus on comprehensive plans for transforming systems to create more equitable structures.

Pathway 3: Supporting Linguistically Diverse Students. Participants will bolster their capacity to support students and families with diverse linguistic backgrounds and cultures using asset-based approaches.

Pathway 4: Equity-Centered Leadership. Participants will expand their capacity to lead equity-centered change through strategically planning and preparing their community for transformative practices that benefit all learners.
