Please indicate if you would like your learner(s) to complete their testing remotely (at home), or in-person (in the AV Exploration classrooms). Testing will begin the week of May 15th starting at 9:30am. All learners in grades 3rd-8th will complete state testing the week of May 6th AND the week of May 13th. They will complete ONE test per day. There are two math tests, and two ELA tests. Learners in grades 5th and 8th grade will also complete a science test.
On Site Testing: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Virtual Testing: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Please make sure you have read the Parent Letter regarding state testing prior to making a decision. As an additional reminder, in order to have your learner complete their state testing at home the following guidelines need to be followed:
- Learner must be free from all distractions and in a separate and quiet room
- There must be NO interruptions throughout the duration of the test
- Their camera will remain ON at all times (there is no ability to turn off camera on the secure browser testing platform)
- Home internet must be reliable/strong
