An estimated 26.2 percent of Americans ages 18 and older or about one in four adults suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year. On average, there are 117 suicides per day. To struggle toward mental health and wholeness is a common human endeavor, requiring courage, connection, and vulnerability. Your story is important.
