Horhn, the City of Detroit’s Deputy CFO/Assessor and his team of appraisers to aid our residents in reducing our property taxes by at least ten (10) to fifteen (15) percent by using one (1) or more of the nine (9) tax help/relief programs offered by the city, along with coming out to reassess your property values.
