Midway ISD has moved to a paperless record keeping system and all employee records have been scanned and returned to the employee. Therefore, only scanned copies of an employee’s personnel records will be provided. Current employees may view their previous district’s service records and transcripts in their employee online records account.
Service records will only be sent upon request. Records will not be sent to you or your new school district until a minimum of 30 days after your last day of employment
or no later than 30 days after the request. This is to ensure the current school year is accounted for.
