Midway ISD has moved to a paperless record keeping system and all employee records have been scanned and returned to the employee. Therefore, only scanned copies of an employee’s personnel records will be provided. Current employees may view their previous district’s service records and transcripts in their employee online records account.
**For employees resigning at the end of their current contract year, your service record will not be sent to you or your new school district until a minimum of 30 days after your last day of employment has been completed. This is to ensure the current school year is accounted for.
**All personnel request for employees resigning during the current school year will be processed a minimum of 30 days after their last day of employment.
