Whenever possible, a supervisor will visit your project before sending a repair technician in order to assure ourselves—and you—that we understand the issues and have the proper maintenance plan in place.

While we work extremely hard to leave you with the highest-quality project, there are many items are your project which will not be without maintenance. These items included but are not limited to: electrical, stain/paint, plumbing, masonry, grout repair, sealant, roofing etc. Furthermore, these items are almost always outside of our workmen's control and therefore will not be repaired free of charge beyond our one year workmanship warranty.
