Whether you are working remotely or working outside the home, we know that the unusual circumstances brought about by COVID-19 have given you an additional role – that of teacher as well as parent.   Keeping up with your regular workload and tending to your children’s needs can sometimes seem to be an insurmountable burden.  Balancing these competing roles can leave you feeling frustrated that you are not handling either very well.  Help is on the way!  Human Resources is presenting an open forum for parents to tell their stories, ask questions, exchange ideas, express frustrations, and get some pointers on how to cope.  To help facilitate our discussions, we have two excellent SLU professors who specialize in family dynamics.  Our open forum will feature Dr. Annie Garner and Dr. Katie Heiden-Rootes.
