Duties include coming 1/2 hour before the meeting to set out snacks and cleaning up the counters, dishes, etc. after the break. We are usually able to clean up before the end of the meeting so there is no need to stay later than the meeting end.
Feel free to sign up for more than one meeting if you like and please note extra assistance will be required for our Christmas Social on December 14th.
