What do you feel about the organisation of meetings??

Through COVID times, we began to hold meetings online, and since then have tried to continue with hybrid meetings in order to increase access for those who are unable to attend in person, whilst maintaining the social value for those who can.
BUT, these meetings are a continuing challenge to work.
