WHAT IS CONSECRATED LIFE? The term "Consecrated Life" includes women who live the evangelical counsels of Poverty, Chasity and Obedience. It refers to women who are either Religious Sisters, Cloistered Nuns, Consecrated Women who live in Community, or Consecrated Virgins who live single in the world.

Discernment Survey Questions
Examining yourself using the 20 qualities or signs below is a good way to begin discernment of consecrated life. On each of the items, rate yourself on a scale of 0 – 5. A rating of 0 means you do not possess the sign at all. A 5 indicates that the sign is very evident in your life. The highest possible score is 100. Be completely honest with yourself and rate yourself fairly. After you submit your survey answers, the Office of Vocations will contact you to answer any questions you may have about the consecrated life.
