Yog Nidhra Workshop
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental & emotional relaxation. In Yoga Nidra, the state of relaxation is reached by turning inward, away from outer experiences. If the consciousness can be separated from external awareness and from sleep, it becomes very powerful and can be applied in many ways, for example, to develop memory, increase knowledge and creativity, or to transform one’s nature.

Learning first hand from a teacher is the best way to learn Yoga Nidra. The goal of this workshop is to leave students with a complete understanding of what Yoga Nidra is, why we should do it, and how we should do it. Students will actually practice Yoga Nidra in the workshop. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga students.

Space is limited. A simple, vegetarian lunch will be provided after the workshop.
