A department representative will meet with the faculty/staff adviser and a representative from each organization at least once a month.

Prior to any meeting or room usage in Francis Hall, information on this form must be completed and all forms required by STUACT must be completed.

Below is the current meeting day for each organization:

1st Tuesday of the Month - ABC
2nd Tuesday of the Month - AGC
3rd Tuesday of the Month - NAHB
4th Tuesday of the Month - AWIC

4th Thursday of the Month - ASA
