Youth Arts Movement (YAM) 2018-2019 Registration Form
PROGRAM OVERVIEW: YAM is a drop-in arts and leadership program that provides you with the opportunity to try different artistic disciplines, meet like-minded people, and gain volunteer hours! This year workshops are broken down into 3 semesters, each 10 weeks in length. There will be opportunity to register for each semester one week prior to the start times listed below.

DATES & TIMES: Tuesdays from 3:30-6:00 pm | September 25, 2018 through June 11, 2019

Semesters:
- Fall 2018: October 2 - December 4
- Winter 2019: January 15 - March 26 (excluding March Break - 12th)
- Spring 2019: April 2 - June 4

LOCATION: Lakeshore Arts, Community Project Space (2422 Lake Shore Blvd. W.)

WHO CAN JOIN?
Positive, respectful youth aged 12-16 who are interested in the arts, stepping out of their comfort zone, and improving their arts skills and knowledge.

COST: Free (+ TTC fare and snacks)

LEADERSHIP COMMITTEE: For the 2018-2019 year, the Leadership Committee will run from 3:30 - 4:00 PM and is open to ALL participants, provided you arrive on time, and actively participate in the Leadership Committee activities. Doing so, you will have the opportunity to improve your leadership skills, gain volunteer hours, and be involved in the planning of fundraising initiatives and future workshops.

By participating in the Leadership committee you must be willing to work collaboratively, with positivity and bring an open-mind.

LIABILITY FOR ANY MATERIALS USED: Participants will have the ability to use a variety of high quality equipment and materials in this program. We ask that participants are careful and treat all equipment and materials with respect or parents/guardians may be held liable for damages.
