Digital Media Coordinator Application
In order to reach the masses, it’s vital to have a digital media specialist! As Digital Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing STAND’s online messaging and communications, including our social media, graphics, and website, and for strategizing the best ways to reach new audiences using multimedia tools. You’ll also work with our Campaigns Coordinator to identify and engage opportunities for digital activism, and to help our grassroots members make a splash on social media! If you’re interested in what makes people call their Congressperson, how Twitter can be used as a vehicle for social change, and why spending five hours a day on Facebook is useful, you’re probably STAND’s next Digital Media Coordinator.

* Note: MC Members should expect to spend an average of 10 hours per week in their role, and all MC members are expected to attend two (expenses-paid) retreats in Washington, DC in summer 2017 and winter 2018 for training, bonding, and campaign planning! Applicants should be prepared to attend weekly MC Calls and weekly Programmatic or Outreach Calls, based on position. *
