Volunteer/Mentor Application | STEM Hacks 2020
About STEM Hacks
Mathstronauts is proud to launch our 5th annual Hackathon called “STEM Hacks”.
STEM Hacks is a fun one-day event where youth in grades 5-8 are challenged to solve STEM (Science, Technology , Engineering and Mathematics) related problems in teams. Through this event, our team hopes to capture an early interest in STEM and inspire youth through innovation and creativity.
We are currently recruiting volunteers and mentors for STEM Hacks 2020! This event is an excellent opportunity for university and high school students who are interested in being part of a movement that engages nearly 225 middle schoolers from all over Southern Ontario. If you love teaching and working with children, have great teamwork, leadership skills, and are passionate about STEM, this amazing opportunity is for you!
