Tabling Application for Salinas Valley Pride Celebrations 10th Annual Pride Event
Our event is on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 12th from 10 AM to 6 PM (including vendor set-up and shut down time)

Booth Fees and Applications due before September 10th, 2019.

Set up begins at 10 am and is finished by 11:30 am. Official kick-off is at 12:00 pm on October 12th.

All applications due by Thursday October, 10th. There's a $50 booth fee which is waivable at the discression of the board. (Queer Artists are encourage to apply for a waiver in the form).

Vendors must provide their own 10 x 10 tent, Table and Tabling Supplies.

I'd like to apply for a fee-waiver for my community organization.
Some Details:
Your application will be reviewed and a follow up email with additional details about the event and moving forward along with a contract and a hold-harmless agreement.

There is a $50 fee for booths, however, booth fees can be waived or Reduced with SVPC executive board approval. Any applications applying for a fee waiver will need to apply before September 10th.
